As first-generation college student, Jessica worked full-time in the distribution and logistics industry, taking night classes to complete her B.A. from Northern Kentucky University in 2013. She then gained additional real-world work experience, managing process improvement initiatives for a global healthcare logistics company, applying lean and six sigma principles to promote efficiency, productivity, and safety.

Jessica then relocated to Lexington, Kentucky, earning her J.D. from the University of Kentucky College of Law in 2018. Her legal career began in Northern Kentucky, where she represented plaintiffs in a wide range of employment and civil rights matters throughout the Commonwealth, including discrimination litigation, exemption classifications, and Constitutional violations.

Since joining Littler Mendelson in 2021, Jessica proudly partners with executives and human resources professionals to solve workplace disputes running the gamut, including discrimination and retaliation claims, internal investigations, wage and hour violations, OSHA/workplace safety, and best practices for compliant equity and inclusion initiatives.
